En person f\u00e5r utf\u00f6ra l\u00e4tt arbete redan samma \u00e5r som hen fyller 14 \u00e5r.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ung persons r\u00e4ttigheter och skyldigheter i ett anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llande best\u00e4ms delvis p\u00e5 ett annat s\u00e4tt \u00e4n i fr\u00e5ga om en myndig person. Med anst\u00e4llning f\u00f6r minder\u00e5rig avses <a href=\"https:\/\/tyoelamaan.staging.web-veistamo.fi\/sv\/anstallningsforhallande\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden<\/a> f\u00f6r personer som inte fyllt 18 \u00e5r. P\u00e5 en anst\u00e4llning f\u00f6r en person som inte fyllt 18 \u00e5r till\u00e4mpas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finlex.fi\/sv\/laki\/ajantasa\/1993\/19930998\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lagen om unga arbetstagare<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00f6rja jobba i 14 \u00e5rs \u00e5lder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En ung person kan utf\u00f6ra l\u00e4tt arbete redan samma \u00e5r som hen fyller 14 \u00e5r. Med l\u00e4tt arbete avses arbete som inte inverkar skadligt p\u00e5 den ungas h\u00e4lsa, utveckling eller skolg\u00e5ng. Den minder\u00e5rigas anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llande \u00e4r en viktig f\u00f6rsta erfarenhet av arbetslivet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anst\u00e4llningens l\u00e4ngd<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>H\u00f6gst h\u00e4lften av ferietiden fr\u00e5n skolan.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under p\u00e5g\u00e5ende skolarbete tillf\u00e4lligt eller annars f\u00f6r en kortvarig arbetsprestation.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Av s\u00e4rskilda sk\u00e4l kan det med regionf\u00f6rvaltningsverkets tillst\u00e5nd till\u00e5tas att en person som inte fyllt 14 \u00e5r tillf\u00e4lligt f\u00e5r arbeta som akt\u00f6r eller assistent i konstn\u00e4rliga eller kulturella f\u00f6rest\u00e4llningar samt vid andra liknande evenemang.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00e4ngre anst\u00e4llning i 15 \u00e5rs \u00e5lder&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En person som fyllt 15 \u00e5r och avlagt l\u00e4rokursen f\u00f6r den grundl\u00e4ggande utbildningen kan anst\u00e4llas i ett ordinarie anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llande. Det \u00e4r alltid bra att g\u00f6ra upp ett skriftligt arbetsavtal. D\u00e5 \u00e4r det l\u00e4tt att kontrollera vad du och arbetsgivaren avtalat, om n\u00e5gonting \u00e4r oklart. Avtala \u00e5tminstone om l\u00f6nen, arbetstiden, arbetsuppgifterna och anst\u00e4llningens varaktighet i arbetsavtalet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ing\u00e5ende av arbetsavtal&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den som har fyllt 15 \u00e5r f\u00e5r sj\u00e4lv ing\u00e5 samt s\u00e4ga upp och h\u00e4va sitt arbetsavtal.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I fr\u00e5ga om en person som inte har fyllt 15 \u00e5r kan v\u00e5rdnadshavaren ing\u00e5 arbetsavtal p\u00e5 den ungas v\u00e4gnar eller ge den unga tillst\u00e5nd att sj\u00e4lv ing\u00e5 avtalet.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e5rdnadshavaren har r\u00e4tt att h\u00e4va en ung arbetstagares arbetsavtal, om det \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt med h\u00e4nsyn till den ungas uppfostran, utveckling eller h\u00e4lsa.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arbetsgivaren ska p\u00e5 en ung arbetstagares eller dennes v\u00e5rdnadshavares beg\u00e4ran och innan avtal ing\u00e5s visa upp en skriftlig utredning om villkoren i arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet f\u00f6r den unga arbetstagaren, om avtalet inte ing\u00e5s skriftligen eller det \u00e4r fr\u00e5ga om hush\u00e5llsarbete under endast en dag i arbetsgivarens hem.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Studerande kan g\u00e5 med i facket redan innan de fyller 18 \u00e5r \u2013 kontrollera medlemsvillkoren hos fackf\u00f6rbundet i din bransch.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arbetsgivaren f\u00e5r i regel heltidsanst\u00e4lla en ung person som har fyllt 15 \u00e5r och som har avlagt l\u00e4rokursen f\u00f6r den grundl\u00e4ggande utbildningen,\u00a0dvs. grundskolan.
