For example, it may be possible to agree flexible working hours arrangements within the scope of the collective labour agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Local agreements usually concern <a href=\"https:\/\/tyoelamaan.staging.web-veistamo.fi\/blog\/materiaali\/palkkaus\/\">wages<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tyoelamaan.staging.web-veistamo.fi\/en\/employment\/holidays-and-leaves\/\">holidays<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tyoelamaan.staging.web-veistamo.fi\/blog\/materiaali\/tyoaika\/\">working hours<\/a>&nbsp;and similar factors of a company\u2019s single personnel group or the entire personnel of a single company. The provisions of the collective labour agreement apply, unless otherwise agreed locally.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other words, a local agreement applies to several employees, all employees even. You should not accept reduced rights alone \u2013 you should also present your ideas of how the working conditions, wages, and other matters important to you should be agreed. You can talk about a local agreement with you shop steward, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a local agreement to be successful, there must be a confidential relationship between the employer, the employees\u2019 representative and the personnel. A local agreement in the workplace calls for negotiation skills and as equal a position as possible between the parties.
